Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Electrical Pilot, including any data connected via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp integrations.

How to request deletion

Email admin@electricalpilot.co.uk from the address associated with your account, with your company name, and ask for your account and data to be deleted. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login and company profile.
• Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, certificates, job photos and notes, and calendar bookings.
• Connected integration credentials - including any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business Account you connected, and the access tokens used to post or send messages on your behalf.
• Marketing content and posting history created through the app.

What we may keep

Where the law requires it - for example, invoice and payment records for UK tax purposes - we may need to retain certain financial records for the legally required period even after your account is deleted. This is limited to what we're legally obliged to keep, and doesn't include the wider account or messaging data described above.
